For formerly incarcerated individuals, finding stable employment can mean the difference between building a successful future and returning to prison.

Studies show that former inmates who find gainful employment after release are 32 percent less likely to reoffend. CoreCivic facilities across the country host job and resource events to help the individuals in our care find employment, housing and other assistance to provide the best chance for long term success.
