Facility Leader: Billie Reich, Warden
Billie Reich was named warden of Crossroads Correctional Center in September 2025. She has nearly two decades of correctional leadership experience and extensive expertise in inmate classification, grievance administration, compliance and housing operations. Before joining CoreCivic, Reich served with the Montana Department of Corrections, most recently as statewide classification and grievance manager, where she provided oversight and leadership for offender classification processes and grievance management across the state’s correctional system.
