Le Shon Aiken was named facility director at Boston Avenue in November 2021. Previously, he was operations supervisor at Boston Avenue. Aiken began his corrections career in 1990 as a security officer. He later served as a lieutenant, and then as a captain at Correctional Alternatives, Inc., a privately held community corrections company acquired by CoreCivic in 2013.
