Facility Leader: Billie Reich, Warden
Warden Reich joined CoreCivic as Warden of Crossroads Correctional Center in September 2025. Warden Reich had worked for the Montana Department of Corrections, where most recently she was the statewide classification and grievance manager. Previously she worked at Montana State Prison, where she held several leadership roles including associate warden of technical services. She began her corrections career in 2006 as a grievance coordinator at Montana State Prison. Warden Reich tenure in corrections is comprised of restricted housing compliance, classification, grievance, PREA compliance and management of inmate housing.
