Ashley Howard is currently Facility Director at the Dallas Transitional Center and formerly held the same position at Ghent Residential Center. She began her corrections career in 2018 as a Case Manager at Lee Adjustment Center, where she also served as Team Leader for the LAC Crisis Negotiation Team and trained with the Kentucky Department of Corrections Crisis Negotiation State Training team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
