Facility Leader: Gina Gagen, Facility Director
Gina Gagen was named Facility Director at El Paso Multi-Use Facility in January 2020. Gagen began her career in corrections as a coordinator at the Felony Mental Health Court in Florida. She later became a mental health clinician at the Arizona State Prison Complex, where she also served as program administrator. Before joining CoreCivic, she served as a mental health manager for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and at Otero County Detention Center. Gagen actively serves as a part-time college professor.
She holds bachelor's degrees in both Psychology and Sociology from Eastern Illinois University, a master's degree in Human Science/Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University.
