Facility Leader: Terrence Dickerson, Warden
Terrence Dickerson was named warden at Jenkins Correctional Center in August 2025. He had previously served as warden at Stewart Detention Facility since October 2023. He has also served as warden at Cimarron Facility and as warden at Marion County Jail II. Dickerson joined CoreCivic in 1995 as a correctional officer at West Tennessee Detention Facility, where he also served as assistant shift supervisor, shift supervisor, and unit manager. Dickerson served as the commander of the Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T) at West Tennessee. He was named chief of security at Elizabeth Detention Center, where he would later be promoted to assistant warden. Dickerson has served as assistant warden at Hardeman County Correctional Facility and McRae Correctional Facility.
