Facility Leader: Glenn Pacheco, Warden

Glenn Pacheco was named warden at Lake City Correctional Facility in May 2026. With more than 30 years of corrections experience, Warden Pacheco began his career as a correctional officer in Arizona in July 1993. Through progressive leadership roles, he rose to become chief of prison operations for the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry. Following his retirement from state service, he joined CoreCivic in May 2026 as warden of Lake City Correctional Facility.
