Facility Leader: Stephen Reynolds, Warden
Stephen Reynolds was named warden at Lake Erie Correctional Institution in April 2025. Warden Reynolds retired from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) after 31 years of service. Beginning as a correctional officer in 1994, he advanced through the ranks to serve as shift captain, chief of security, deputy warden, and acting warden. Prior to his career in corrections, Warden Reynolds served in the United States Air Force and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
