Facility Leader: Kenneth Hoover, Warden
Kenneth Hoover was named Northeast Ohio Correctional Center's Warden in December 2025. He as nearly 30 years of correctional experience, beginning his correctional career at NEOCC as a correctional officer in 1998. In 2000, he joined the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and held multiple positions of increased responsibility throughout his 25-years of service. He also served in the agency’s regional and central offices before being promoted to Warden at Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Hazelton, West Virginia. Prior to beginning his correctional career, he served in the United States Marine Corps and attended Youngstown State University.
