Terence Matthews is one of those dedicated employees. He serves as assistant facility director at Fox Facility in Denver, Colorado.

"Residents have a tendency to be more successful when they have staff members and case managers who are actively engaged in their recovery," Matthews said. "We offer a human approach to dealing with the residents, where they're not seen so much as inmates, but they're seen as people."
