Female incarceration rates are up across the United States, including in the state of Oklahoma. At our Turley Residential Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, formerly incarcerated women have a variety of resources available to help them reunite with family members, gain life skills, connect with addiction and mental health treatment providers, and find gainful employment. Research shows these areas are critical in reducing recidivism. Within our CoreCivic Community network, reentry centers like Turley are preparing residents to transition back into the community with the goal of never returning to prison.
