Lead by CoreCivic’s Ethics and Compliance Officer Scott Craddock, the Ethics and Compliance Office is responsible for developing and administering initiatives that support the PRIDE objectives and fulfill legal and regulatory guidelines for effective ethics and compliance programs.


The Ethics and Compliance Office: 

  • Administers the CoreCivic Ethics Line
  • Provides guidance regarding the Code of Ethics and related policies
  • Delivers Code of Ethics and Human Rights training in various modalities
  • Leads human rights-based initiatives and supports other departments in promoting human dignity and respect throughout our operations
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify and mitigate key ethics and compliance related risks
  • Leads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting process

CoreCivic is constantly working to identify, engage with, and address issues of ethics or compliance, and to conduct business with a sense of PRIDE.
